here's for a quick rundown

i suppose i should/could do a quick update.

spent a week up north with my mom. it was great. we got up there friday night. we called julie, my cousin, to see if she wanted to join us up there (her mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer and was going to be having her surgery the tuesday we were up there). she ended up coming up on monday. we left thursday morning. i hadn't been up to the condo in a year, so i was SO excited to be up there. we kinda laid low and then on wednesday julie and i ended up renting jet-skis and jet-skied across the grand traverse bay, which was fun. after that we laid out on some of the beaches for a couple of hours. it was great.

then, we got back thurs afternoon. i ended up going to the mud hens game with matt, mike, brandon, nikki (brandon's girlfriend), and justin. we had great seats. second row, on the first base side of homeplate, while still being kind of behind it. we were in the position where all of the buffalo players would be warming up in front of us. it was crazy. there was this horrbily WHITE TRASH/REDNECK guy behind us. let me explain to you. he was wearing ripped off WHITE jeans. they were ripped so SHORT. but let me explain to you how short. they were ripped at an angle so that they showed more of his leg. HE WOULD HAVE HAD MORE COVERAGE IN A SPEEDO. it was horrible. and he was SO annoying. he was yelling stuff like "LET'S GET THE PARTY STARTED!" "THANKS FOR COMING BY" "HEY PITCHER, DO YOU NEED A CADDY?!" and he kept calling people "yardbiscuit". oh God. it was hilarious. he was two rows behind us so we just started making fun of him. whenever he yelled a question, such as "HOW MANY YARDBICUITS ARE THERE ON THE PITCHER'S MOUND?" (as the buffalo team was conferencing) we would answer him. the people around us LOVED us. it was so funny. then, there was this 3 year old boy behind us (whom i wanted to take home. cutest kid EVER. he kept giving me high fives and his baseball hat. he was SO cute) who, after hearing brandon yell it, started yelling "SHIT!" it was so funny. and then there was a 5 year old boy in front of us who creeped us out at first because he was just watching us. then he started talking to me. and he HIT ON ME. haha it was so funny. he was all like "i live at 303 north main street. it's in north baltimore. so it's north main street, okay? 303. you can call me and talk to me. i'll talk to you on the phone unless my daddy says i have to go to bed." my friends were laughing so hard. i was amused, but kinda creeped out. i was just like "UGH. why can't people 4 or 5 times your age hit on me?!" and for all of you dane cook fans, "WHY NOT ME!?" so yeah, that was our game. it was hilarious. there were 2 fights during the game, and 5 buffalo people got thrown out: coach, manager, and 3 players. HILARIOUS. except we lost. BOO. we had a season high 9 game winning streak snapped.

but it was cool because they won last night. and there was a bench-clearing brawl last night. i was so PISSED that i wasn't there. that would have been AWESOME. anyway....

i've gotta run. i have a TON of cleaning to do- my room, the house....all that fun stuff.
